I have always enjoyed helping people. Whether it's through exercise and fitness training, health and well-being days or running Duke of Edinburgh Award programs, I find great joy in helping people thrive, and watching them grow and succeed.
Following 25+ years in physical education within the UK correctional services, plus many years in football/soccer, I have made the next step to offer my extensive skills, knowledge and experience to people from all walks of life as a mobile personal trainer serving Brisbane's northside.
I believe health and fitness can be a part of everyone's life and I'm passionate about making it FUN and accessible for every body.
